This Life Counseling, PLLC A therapy group specializing in trauma, addiction, grief, & other mental health struggles I believe everyone has a story, and everyone's story is worth telling.

I am a social worker with a special interest in working with individuals who have experienced trauma and/or early childhood disrupted attachments. I also enjoy empowering individuals to deal with mental health problems and to overcome addiction. I have had my own personal struggle with adversity throughout my life and chose to continue my education, professional training, and practice with a focus on mental health, substance abuse, and trauma. There is value in everyone's experiences, both good and bad, and I enjoy helping others find meaning in these experiences.
