Heritage Woods of Yorkville provides a wonderful alternative to a nursing home or to struggling alone at home for older adults who need some help to maintain their independence. The community is fully certified to operate through the Illinois Supportive Living program, which enables us to serve adults 65 and older of all financial means, including those on Medicaid. Our focus is on providing residents with the love, compassion and dignity they deserve in addition to the personal assistance and help with medications that they need. Heritage Woods of Yorkville is managed by Gardant Management Solutions, a mission-driven company that is the largest provider of affordable assisted living in Illinois.

What a wonderful day as our IVVC CNA students showcased their skills in cuticle and nail care for our residents! The joy on the faces of both students and residents was truly heartwarming. It’s amazing to see how these young caregivers are not only learning vital skills but also forming meaningful connections with those they serve. The gentle touch and care they provided made a significant difference, reminding us all of the importance of compassion in healthcare. Here’s to our future healthcare heroes! 🌟✨

🌟 Pure Joy at Heritage Woods of Yorkville! 🌟

Our residents were overjoyed with thanks to the wonderful kindergarten class from Yorkville Cross Lutheran Church! 💛

These sweet kiddos filled our community with songs, laughter, and the most heart-melting craft time. Watching generations come together is truly something special — smiles were everywhere, and the room was overflowing with love.

Thank you to the amazing teachers, families, and little ones who make days like today unforgettable. You brightened our residents’ day in the most beautiful way! 🥰✨

We were truly grateful to have Erik Donner join us at Heritage Woods of Yorkville — he absolutely lit up the room with his energy, passion, and amazing talent!

Son of Chicago’s own multi-platinum artist Ral Donner, Erik has performed around the world and now brings his phenomenal One Man Show to audiences across the Midwest. With a voice that effortlessly channels legends from Elvis and Sinatra to Lennon, McCartney, and today’s biggest artists, there’s almost no song Erik can’t deliver with authenticity and heart.

Our residents were captivated from the very first note — and we can’t thank him enough for sharing his gift with us. 💛🎶

🌞 Breakfast outing success! 🌞

Our residents had an absolutely wonderful morning at Paradise Pancakes in Plano, IL — and let us tell you… it was nothing short of amazing! 😍🥞🍓

From delicious waffles and hearty breakfasts to plenty of smiles and laughter, it was the perfect way to start the day. We love seeing our residents enjoy great food, good company, and fun moments together out in the community. ❤️

We had an incredible Veterans Day Celebration filled with gratitude, community, and honor. Our Veterans enjoyed a special lunch, followed by a meaningful program dedicated to their service and sacrifice. ❤️🤍💙
