Today we’re celebrating Bonnie and the calm, grounding energy she brings to Living Divina. ✨

Bonnie holds space in a way that helps people slow down and settle into their bodies. In her classes, your breath deepens, your shoulders drop, and you can feel yourself start to release whatever you walked in carrying.

If you’ve taken Holy Restorative, Holy Yin, or Holy Nidra with her, you know it goes beyond the poses. It’s time set aside to rest, reset, and be held. 🤲🏼

Everyone thinks yoga has to be this whole thing: an hour of your day (plus travel), picking out the right outfit, showing face when you may not be feeling it…

Meanwhile your nervous system is fried… and you’re telling yourself you don’t have time.

Here’s a simple 60-second reset. Do it in your kitchen, your office, literally wherever you are!

1️⃣ Stand tall, inhale arms up, exhale fold forward
2️⃣ Half lift with hands on shins, lengthen your spine, slow breath in
3️⃣ Fold again, let your head be heavy, breathe out fully
4️⃣ Step back to a lunge with your right foot, open your chest, inhale
5️⃣ Step forward, step back to a lunge with your left foot, open your chest, inhale
6️⃣ Step forward, stand still, one hand on heart, one on belly, take one full breath

That’s it. You did yoga. Congratulations! 🥳

Let’s say it out loud because a lot of people are thinking it… is yoga only for women? 👀

For centuries, yoga was actually practiced ONLY by men. Women weren’t even allowed in those spaces. Now it’s flipped, and a lot of men feel like they don’t belong here, like they’re walking into something that wasn’t made for them. Jason talks about believing that too, until he stepped into it for himself.

What your body needs has nothing to do with gender. It needs mobility, strength, breath, and a way to slow down. Yoga builds all of that in a way that carries into your everyday life, whether that’s lifting, working, recovering, or just feeling better in your own body.

If you’ve been holding back because you think it’s “not for you,” you’re not the only one. But this space is open to EVERYBODY! 🫶🏼

Using the modality of yoga, we've created an inviting space open to anyone interested in growing mind, body, and spirit, while learning who we are and drawing closer in our walk with God. Through this platform, it equips us in how to live life on and off our mat as we yoke ourselves with the Lord. This is an integral part of Holy Yoga and an authentic way to deepen our connection with the Him, while meditating on His word and weaving it into our practice.
