I will be doing yoga in and around the wonders of nature to strengthen my bond with our mother earth a

nd sharing it with you all. I will also share my thoughts on being a yoga instructor and the yoga world today with blogs and articles. Anyone can do yoga! Yoga connects you to your body, brings oxygen to every muscle, and cleanses you of toxins. Many experience the spiritual connection to yoga. Movement creates energy flow and that energy leaves your whole body tingling! Yoga also heals physical issues such as Flexibility, Posture, Strength, Arthritis, Back, Osteoporosis, Infections, Heart irregularities, Depression, High blood pressure, Lowers cholesterol levels, Obesity, Lowers blood sugar, and More!
