It is my mission to help seniors ! I provide in home routine foot care as well as foot care clinics! I am currently running clinics at the Lewiston senior center and will be expanding into other senior centers soon!

Learn how to Walk Like a Penguin - walk slowly, take small steps, and point your toes out slightly to be more stable on icy paths. Keep your head up and don't lean forward. Keep your hands out of your pockets to help keep your balance. If you use a cane, you can buy an ice pick for the cane.

Sharing an experience from today, sometimes a senior foot care visit turns out to be more than just routine foot care.

When a lovely lady scheduled her foot care appointment for today she mentioned I would just have come in because it was difficult for her to answer the door. So I knocked and went in making sure I said, " It's Tammy!".

We had a great visit while I did her foot care. We talked about her late husband and the isolation seniors can feel. I love providing foot care and companionship to our community.
