It's not easy to find the time or energy for self-care when you're always on the go. You might feel like your stress levels are out of control because you don't have any time to yourself.

โก Take care of yourself by getting enough sleep, exercising regularly, eating healthy foods, and drinking lots of water.
โก Find ways to relax at home - take a bath with Epsom salts or lavender oil; light candles; drink herbal tea;
โก Breathe deeply in yoga or meditation, or while you're sitting quietly with your eyes closed.
โก Spend time in nature - go on trails, beaches, forests, parks, gardens, and so on.
โก Practice mindfulness - be aware of what's happening around you right now, without judging it or getting hung up on any one thing.
โก Get enough sleep.
โก Make time for fun activities with people you enjoy being around.
โก Take a little break from technology (like your phone, computer, etc.) every now and then to focus on what's happening in the present moment.
โก Practice gratitude for all the good things you have going on right now.
โก Read, do crossword puzzles, or find other ways to keep your brain active and challenged throughout the day.
Remember that any emotions you're feeling are temporary - they will pass if you just allow yourself a few minutes to feel them fully.
