A New Chapter Begins

This space was created from my own journey — one that has woven together mental health advocacy, Reiki, spiritual growth, music, and the deep understanding that true healing involves the whole person.
For many years I have walked the path as an empath, Reiki Master, life coach, mental health advocate and spiritual seeker. Along the way I discovered something very important: healing happens when we allow the body, mind, and soul to reconnect.
