Elizabeth earned her Master of Science in Education in the Clinical Mental Health Counseling track from Youngstown State University and completed her undergraduate studies in Psychology at Slippery Rock University.

🦷 Leadership Update at ONE Health Ohio Dental 🦷

We are delighted to announce that Dr. Mandeep Chima, DDS will serve as our Interim Dental Director -Operations and Quality, and Dr. Sarat Nalluri, DDS will serve as our Interim Dental Director - Innovation and Finance.

Dr. Chima brings a wealth of experience and many years of exceptional service. She is deeply passionate about compassionate, patient-centered care and will work closely with Dental Operations Manager Samantha Bardo, RDH, and Dental Outreach, Mobile Clinic, and Employee Relations Manager Michele Nemet, RDH, to continue strengthening our dental services.

Dr. Nalluri brings extensive experience from running a successful private dental practice, with a strong background in complex cases, technical excellence, critical thinking, and a calm, patient-focused approach.

Drs. Chima and Nalluri are eager to collaborate with our outstanding dentists and support staff to deliver excellent, compassionate care. We are confident their leadership will be instrumental as we move forward and ensure a seamless transition.
