Rage, scream, slide all over, shuffle, shake yo b***y, jump around, cry, live, laugh, love yourself.
Stillness is cool and all, but when you can drop the insecurities, let go of the self-critic, and intuitively move+dance, you’ll:
💜 feel more confident in your yoga practice
💜 appreciate your body with love and security
💜 boost serotonin, endorphins, and dopamine
💜 embrace emotional expression
💜 feel liberated
