Sunday Reset is a 90 minute guided breathwork experience open to men and women designed to help you release the week, settle your nervous system, and restore
steadiness and clarity before the week ahead. Class will be held from 6pm-7:30 every Sunday in January.

This is a space to slow down, breathe, and reset without fixing, forcing, or overthinking.

Each class includes:
grounding, gentle movement & active breathwork guided through surround sound headphones, creating a deeply immersive experience.

Everything is provided so you can fully relax and feel supported throughout the journey. We close each session with time for integration and optional group sharing.

We are BEYOND thrilled & grateful to formally introduce Joseph Zo as a yoga teacher and healing guide to our Yoga Element family! Jozeph will be teaching every Saturday morning. You can book his class on Mindbody now:

✨ Joseph Zo (Zordich) or Jozeph is a Youngstown born and raised native who has enjoyed rich and diverse journeys inwards and outwards throughout life. Prior to 2020, he lived in Florida and North Carolina, while traveling to places like Peru, Thailand, Hawaii, and others to learn, retreat, and study.

His massage therapy career began in 2012, later to include instructing yoga and many various forms of movement including Foundation Training, Aquatic therapy/workouts, dance and drum workouts, cycling, body sculpting, senior/elder mobility, meditation, and more. He has worked with and alongside numerous professional studios, chiropractors, massage therapists, acupuncturists, naturopaths, physical therapists, and has explored a vast array of wellness oriented societies and culture.

As an artist, therapist, scientiest, musician, and yogi, he blends and incorporates many fascets of life into his practice and layers his classes almost like baking a cake. His mindful and balanced pace, along with attention to detail while keeping a loose grip, makes for a sincere yet serene experience.

He thoroughly enjoys exploring the mind, body, and beyond through meditation, movement, and mindfulness. Respecting life and honoring the Golden Rule are meaningful for him and he regards yoga as a reverent prayer.

He also really likes fruit. (Especially watermelon)

Worried about missing your Saturday morning flow? DON’T STRESS. We got you 💜 At Yoga Element, our teachers aren’t selected from applications, they’re chosen by those who want to be a part of this community. Jozeph has been practicing at YE for quite some time now, he’s been immersing himself within our studio walls and the community, attending a variety of classes, and showing a deep dedication to Svādhyāya.

A massage therapist, yoga guide, artist, and so much more — Jozeph’s energy is unparalleled and we cannot wait for you all to meet him. We will do a formal introduction when the time is right - but please join us this Saturday!

We don’t ever go looking for certain teachers or students who resonate with us, but yet they all just fall into our arms. We are so grateful for what’s to come in 2026✨
🦍PRIMAL FLOW🦍
An energetic class that enhances primal movement through instinct. Appropriate for all levels, this class will include basic yoga poses along with animal-like movements that bring us back to your roots as a child. The next time you’re around a baby who is exploring new movement, pay attention to the way they get around. As adults, we forget basic primal movements that we learned instantly on our own as babies. This class provides the curiosity and exploration for us to move freely without a regimented structure. We can explore our body’s range of motion through joint mobility while gaining strength, flexibility, and overall physical improvement.

During class, we will continue to work on movements inspired by yoga, martial arts, and animal-like sequences to better understand how our bodies can move in and out of poses. This allows us to get creative on our mats while also trusting our bodies to guide us safely.

✨An Evening of Yin Yoga and Sound Healing✨

🌲Join us for a cozy pracrice of Yin Yoga, Sound Healing, and Guided Meditation to promote feelings of “All is calm” as we enter the holiday season. When we take time to nourish ourselves with practices that stabilize our nervous system, we can enjoy the stress reduction of a more grounded, joyful holiday. There is a powerful connection between sound healing and stillness. Nervous system healing happens when we feel safe and supported. This workshop has been created to enhance these feelings of safety and stability to help us dive into the holidays with ease and confidence.

✨To begin our practice, Sarra will offer a 15 minute guided meditation to set the tone for our evening together. Inspired by the natural cycles of life and the wisdom of the seasons, this meditation offers a sacred space to explore the profound beauty and wisdom of our external and internal landscapes. Sarra will guide us on a transformative journey of self-discovery and inner renewal to help promote deep rest.

🌲Then, Sam will lead a 45 minute Yin Yoga practice. We will get cozy and mindfully sink into passive poses while drifting away from the thinking mind. This slow-moving introspective practice helps us deeply connect with our bodies while releasing pain, improving flexibility and joint mobility and releasing stress. This quiet practice gives us time to cultivate stillness while remaining observant rather than reactive.

✨Finally, Sarra will melt away any last bits of remaining stress with a 45 minute Sound Bath. A sound bath is a meditative experience where soothing sounds from instruments like singing bowls, gongs, and chimes are used to promote relaxation, reduce stress, and deepen meditation. The vibrations help clear blockages and restore balance to the mind, body and soul.

🌲Dress in comfortable clothing. We suggest layers. The will be lightly headed and you can always remove a layer if it becomes too warm. Feel free to bring your own pillows and blankets to get cozy. We also have several blankets and bolsters available to borrow during class.

If you haven’t experienced the 💫magic💫 of Sam and her Yin Yoga classes yet, now is the time! 🪷 Cozy season is the perfect time to embrace Yin’s sacred stillness. Yin Yoga is a class that holds passive poses anywhere from 2-7 minutes at a time. This slow-moving introspective practice.

Using minimal muscles, this allows the connective tissues of the body (tendons, ligaments and fascia) to expand in a length that is beneficial and therapeutic. This 60 minute quiet practice gives us time to cultivate stillness and sit with ourselves through all of our mind chatter while practicing to be observant rather than reactive.

Sam’s calming presence is so comforting as she interweaves yogic philosophy, mudra meditation, and deep healing into all she offers. Tonight’s class is already half full!
