We offer 15-minute Influenza & COVID testing with no appointment needed! Also, offering evaluation of minor orthopedic injuries with x-ray on site, evaluation of allergies, cough, ear infections, insect bites, fevers, rashes, sinus infections, back pain, urinary tract infections, and workers compensation injuries. As COVID-19 cases continue to increase and testing volume remains high we are now converting to appointment only for COVID-19 testing. This will allow for shorter wait times and faster turn around for patients. Please contact us at (330) 965-0075 to schedule an appointment time.

All non-COVID patients will continue to be seen as walk-in visits during our regular scheduled hours.

As a reminder our current hours are:
M-Th: 9am-8pm
F: 9am-7pm
S-Sun: 9am-4pm

Due to the high volume of COVID-19 testing this morning, we will only be doing testing until 3:00pm today. We will resume testing tomorrow morning. We will continue to serve non-COVID patients through our regular scheduled hours until 8:00pm tonight. Thank you for your understanding!

We are here for the community

We are open 4th of July from 9am-2pm for all services! Our facility offers COVID-19 antigen testing for active disease (15 min.), as well as send out antibody and PCR testing (2-3 day turn around). Just a friendly reminder to stay safe this holiday weekend and continue practicing social distancing. Our normal business hours will resume Sunday (9am-4pm).
