🥗✨ Nourishing minds, lifting spirits, building confidence. ✨🥗
Starting next week, Alta Behavioral Healthcare is excited to share the next session of Mindful Meals — a supportive group designed for teens who may be navigating anxiety, depression, or self-esteem challenges.

Through mindfulness, open conversation, coping strategies, and cooking together, participants learn how to slow down, tune into their emotions, and build healthier relationships with themselves and others. Sharing a meal becomes a chance to connect, reduce stress, and grow confidence in a safe and welcoming space. 💚

👥 For ages: 14–17
📅 When: March 18 – April 22 (Wednesdays)
⏰ Time: 5:15 PM – 6:45 PM
📍 Where: 711 Belmont Ave, Youngstown, OH
