Your tongue should look like the picture on the right. If that is hard to do, or it doesn’t look like that, an assessment is a great idea!

Your tongue connects literally to your toes!

It’s a midline structure and can change the way your speech and nervous system function!

If it is tight, often the jaw and neck and even into the shoulders are tight too.

Tight jaw…then the pelvic floor is tight.
