Do you experience feelings of anxiety? Have you ever considered making your own kit to help manage feelings of being overwhelmed?
Some items to consider including are:
*small ice pack 🧊
*sour candy 🍬
*portal fan- one that uses batteries 💨
*fidget item- there are MANY types
*essential oils- think peppermint🍥lavender, citrus 🍊🍋
*medication or PRN medication 💊

Of course, you can individualize your kit to fit your specific needs, if there's an item I've forgotten.
