-waiting for approval for Cigna
-Private pay option

Some might ask “What can I expect from therapy?”

I do my best to provide a calming environment with calming scents, comfy chairs, fidgets, soft tissue and even candy or mints! Therapists know this is stressful and can be scary. We go at your pace.

You'll be asked questions about what led you to seek out therapy, what personal goals you may have, family and personal history. We talk, we process, we seek to make connections. We work to develop strategies to improve your situations. We work to gain insight.

I can't "fix you" or the issue but the goal is to assist you in finding your power, finding better ways to cope, viewing the situations differently and the list goes on.

Traffic is heavy, work may feel like it's dragging, the weather is muggy, Christmas prep is chaotic and you may feel overstimulated. It's ok! Take a few deep breaths and roll your shoulders forward then back. Stretch and touch your toes, if you can! Take a break, sip something cold or hot, breathe in your favorite sent, hum your favorite tune. Give yourself a moment of pause and grace.

This season can feel heavy for many. It’s ok. The goal is to show up as best you can and be proud of that.

Things that may help improve your mood? Listen to your body- rest if you need💤- eat when you’re hungry- even if it’s just a little 🌯- take your medicine as prescribed- decorate for the season if you feel moved to 🎄- honor your loved ones 🩷- spend time doing things that bring you JOY😊- take social media breaks- don’t take on more than you can- spend time outside when you can☀️ - GIVE YOURSELF GRACE.
