This offering begins with gentle movement and nourishing stretches to prepare the body for Yoga Nidra, often called “yogic sleep”. Participants will then be guided through the practice of Yoga Nidra—a deeply restorative meditation that invites a state of consciousness between waking and sleeping. Centered around the earth element, this practice invites you to release tension, settle your nervous system, and return to a sense of stability and support.

Dress comfortably and bring anything that helps you relax and get cozy. Yoga mats, bolsters, and blankets are available for use at the studio.

Celebrate Earth Day with a deeply relaxing sound bath designed to help you slow down, ground, and reconnect with the rhythms of the natural world. As waves of sound wash over you, allow the body to soften and the mind to settle, inviting deep rest and renewal.

Dress comfortably and bring yoga mats, pillows, blankets, or anything else you need to totally relax. We also have mats, blankets and some bolsters at the studio you’re always welcome to use. Beginner's Yoga is now called Yoga Foundations! This simple, steady practice focuses on essential poses and clear transitions. You’ll build strength, balance, and confidence while learning yoga foundations. This class moves at a comfortable pace with thoughtful instruction and options throughout. All are welcome — whether you’re brand new or returning to the basics. This class is offered Mondays at 10am, Thursdays at 10am and 7pm, and Sundays at 11am.
