This practice begins with gentle movement and deep stretches to prepare the body for Yoga Nidra or "yogic sleep". Participants will then be guided through the practice of Yoga Nidra, a guided meditation that invites a state of consciousness between and waking and sleeping, welcoming deep relaxation and a state of bliss. No experience needed. Dress comfortably and bring anything you need to relax and get cozy. Yoga mats, bolsters, and blankets are available for use at the studio.
