I always forget to take a picture with the most amazing people! That’s my squirrel brain for you!

I got to spend Friday morning with some incredible educators at Washington elementary school in Raleigh discussing Neuro spicy brains! I was so honored to share my knowledge, but also here the amazing work they’re doing! You guys rock!

How-
1-Get your besties in the car with a Diet Coke.
2- wear your play clothes
3- tell me at the gate what you do and where!
4- I will give u a hug or high five
5- be free! Snuggle animals, play in th mud kitchen, swing, cry in the treehouse… Walk the trails… Play in the creek… Whatever you need to do to regulate your body and fill up with joy! Let’s face it it’s March!

Those mischievous leprechauns made their way through the farm last night… and look who they got to! 🍀😆

A little green here, a little green there and some very confused animals wondering what in the world just happened. The goats didn’t seem to mind too much (especially if snacks were involved 😉), but Hamilton was definitely giving us the “excuse me??” look.

Something tells me this isn’t the last of their silly tricks… keep your eyes open! 🍀

I’m taking some time to rest and rejuvenate my soul this week - but had to post this! As we were exploring the island this afternoon- I happened upon this sign: Life begins at the end of your comfort zone! A life lesson I have learned the hard way…. And many of you have too! I tell my BC fam and especially my staff-, “ you can’t grow in comfortable- seeds don’t do it , so why would it be any different for us?

Breathe in, breathe out- you will get through it and you have everything you need to already! It’s hard now, but the growth is beautiful!!!🌸

Who knew that one frog - could bring 12 kids from 1st- 5th grade together …
To create a safe space - a nation where all amphibians can frolic and play-
This is…Croakania! 🐸
The play that emerged from this one frog is better than any lesson we could have taught! The adults and kids both coached- set and communicated boundaries - and took risks! They worked together communicating ideas, negotiated and problem solved, and let creativity and interests rise!!!
