ROUSE HOME -
The Rouse Home is devoted to caring for the medical, social and spiritual needs of individuals needing skilled nursing home care. The 176-bed facility offers individuals of varied ages and ailments a beautiful, clean and safe place to call "home," for short term rehabilitation or long term care. Contact: 814-563-7565

SUITES AT ROUSE -
The Suites at Rouse provides personal care in a gracious setting. Residents enjoy just the right mix of independence and support to meet their individual needs. Five floor plans are available with both one- and two-bedroom options. Each Tuesday, the Suites holds Open House Hours between 2 and 4pm. No appointment necessary! Contact: 814-563-1650

ROUSE CHILDREN'S CENTER-
Rouse Children's Center, located in downtown Youngsville, is a Keystone STAR 4 facility providing care for children 12-months through 12-years old. Our educated and caring staff offers children the opportunity to explore their world with developmentally appropriate activities. Hours of Operation: 6am-6pm, Monday-Friday

BRIDGES ADULT DAY SERVICE -
Located in Warren, Bridges provides a program of activities in a safe environment for adults who need extra assistance or companionship during the day. Our facility provides daytime breaks for regular caregivers and allows individuals to remain at home as long as possible. Bridges is a cost-effective long-term care option. Hours of Operation: 7am-6pm, Monday-Friday

⚾ Batter up! ⚾ Opening Day is here, and we’re swinging into baseball season in style!

Employees hit a home run at HR First Friday with FREE Cracker Jacks, Big League Chew, and baseball fidget spinners—plus stepped up to the plate for a chance to win two tickets to an upcoming Erie SeaWolves game!

From dugout snacks to big-league prizes, it was a day full of fun, flavor, and a little friendly competition.

Join us in congratulating Sandy Yaegle (Suites at Rouse) for being named March’s Light in the Forest!

Her nomination read: “Sandy is always looking for new ways to create a better working environment, better products, and overall a better place to work. She sees that something needs attention, and she does it. She has spent much time and money into buying small things for the kitchen for everyone to use. She recently built a rack so that all the spices on our shelf were more organized and could be seen and used more efficiently. She is a kind soul who is always happy to help.”
