Our Philosophy
* We provide a coordinated, multi-disciplinary approach to care when more than one therapy is needed to meet the individual needs of the client and family.

* We maintain the highest standards of technical, professional, and human services through ongoing continuing education programs for our therapists.

* We provide the highest level of quality care.

* We act as advocates for peo

ple with disabilities by actively supporting state and federal legislation aimed at increasing the availability of services.

* We serve as a resource for special needs clients and their families by referring to other agencies and organizations that may better serve the person's needs or augment the services provided by Aspire Therapy.

* We treat families as the primary facilitator of a child's development.

* We will always work with families to assist them with financial options. We firmly believe that all people should receive the services that they need for a healthy, productive future.

We are sad to announce that effective January 1st, 2025, Aspire will no longer provide services to the DDD community. In December of 2023, DDD began making all providers sign a new contract because they were found by AHCCCS to not be following many of the policies that AHCCCS required and therefore they would need new applications from all providers of DDD services in Arizona. We submitted our first attempt application January 2024.

In August of this year, we received a letter from DDD that our contract was late and that we would be pushed to the bottom of the contracting application list and said we would be able to reapply for January 2025, once they processed the ones they had.

They began removing patients almost immediately and were telling parents we were closing. Unfortunately, once DDD got that ball rolling without allowing us to wait until the list started again promised, our staff had a focus group meeting and decided we would not purse a contract with DDD in January. Seeing firsthand the pain that it caused families, we decided to discontinue.

Since that decision was made, we have been having difficulty with DDD paying our Agency for our services.

We are really hoping that getting out from the constraints that DDD puts on providers, we can start fresh in 2025, with our pediatricians and referral sources, which will broaden and enhance the services we can provide. We are working with families to continue services with us outside of DDD and continue to be a resource and an advocate for families in ensuring a peaceful transition.
