1:1 sessions create a really unique and personal connection between my clients and I, and I wanted to honor those relationships in a special way. So, this year I commissioned 𝐏𝐚𝐲𝐭𝐨𝐧 𝐅𝐢𝐧𝐞 𝐀𝐫𝐭 to paint these beautiful works for each of my clients. I gave her their story of growth over the year as well as stories I got to hear from them during sessions about family, vacations, desires – and Payton truly blew me away with her depictions of each persons journey.

The biggest fan of Reach + Root, Mozzie’s favorite human, my favorite human, my mom is still in need of your prayers. She is currently on a ventilator in the ICU. We take it day by day and try to stay positive.

If you know me you know I started teaching Pilates because I was passionate about helping my mom feel good, and it just so happens my love for her and her health turned into owning my own small business. She hardly ever misses a Sunday Gyrokinesis class.

All classes and privates are on hold until Jan 8 and potentially longer, but I will keep everyone posted. In the meantime if you want to financially support us and our stay at the hospital, you can Venmo me @ angela-sutcliffe
