💧Hydration & Mental Health: A Simple but Powerful Connection🍵

❔Did you know that your brain is made up of about 75% water? When you’re not hydrated, it can affect your mood, focus, and even increase feelings of anxiety or depression.

Science says: Even mild dehydration (just 1–2%) can impair cognitive function, increase stress hormone levels (like cortisol), and contribute to mental fatigue. Our brains need adequate hydration to maintain the balance of neurotransmitters that regulate mood, energy, and sleep.

Holistic Tip: Start your morning with a glass of water before coffee. Add cucumber, lemon, or mint to make it more refreshing. Set reminders or use a water tracking app to stay on top of your intake!
