For my fellow cozy, magical people who put on a bit of comfy pudge this winter...
(If this isn't you, feel free to keep on scrollin' - I'm posting here because I figure it's relatable as hell.)
Listen, I’m not here to judge.
Why?
Because straight up - I packed on a few pounds this winter.
A little too much merry making, and other things took priority, so I slowed down. And you know what? That’s OK.
But I’m ready to get back on track.
It’s looking more and more like spring every day here, and I want the energy and vitality to actually be a human enjoying life this summer.
I figured - why not bring everybody along with me for a group journey?
We’ll tackle the common mental and emotional challenges that come along with it like…
⭐ How to ERASE FOOD NOISE, so you can think about other things besides snacks.
⭐ Get motivated for exercise when you’ve been sedentary all goddamn winter.
⭐ How to actually LOOK FORWARD to doing cardio, instead of forcing yourself into it (listen, I lost 60 lbs playing VR is all I’m saying).
⭐ Make the healthy choice the no-brainer choice - and how to keep it consistent and fun.
⭐ How to get back on track if you get distracted by inevitable life stuff… without shaming yourself into it.
And we’ll do it in a way that’s fun and sustainable...
Because I’m not really about that hardcore life. I’m here to enjoy it.
