We are so proud of our EMU nursing faculty, NP students, and nursing students who volunteered their time with Washtenaw County Mobile Support Services — a program that brings essential health and social support directly to every corner of our 720-square-mile community.

These Eagles are living out our mission: meeting people where they are, promoting health equity, and providing compassionate care to those who need it most.

Thank you to our partners in the county for the incredible work you do every day — and thank you to our students and faculty for showing what it means to lead with service.

We had the privilege of teaching a lecture on shock for the nursing students at Eastern Michigan University. These students will be graduating in December, and it’s always an honor to play a small part in their education as they prepare to begin their careers in nursing.

Washtenaw Face Addiction Now (WFAN) is a featured charity for the Probility Ann Arbor Marathon on Sunday, October 12th!

WFAN is a local nonprofit that supports families and individuals in recovery through free community programs like monthly Family Forums, yoga for recovery, bike donations, and partnerships across Washtenaw County.

By donating through the Marathon fundraiser, you’ll help them continue and expand these vital programs. Every gift makes a difference, and all donations are tax deductible.
