Group fitness classes arenât just about burning caloriesâtheyâre about connection, community, and rediscovering joy in movement. Since 2016, we've built a vibrant fitness communityâespecially for women over 30âwhere fun, movement, and meaningful connection go hand-in-hand. With over 60 weekly classes, we offer a wide range of options to fit real lives and bodies, from Athletic Conditioning and Level 2 Bounce to Aging Well and Balance Strength & Stretch.
Weâre not a traditional gym. Yes, we have mirrorsâbut no bodybuilders yelling or grunting here. Instead, our gorgeous, welcoming studio spaces make you want to show up. Small class sizes (usually 11 or fewer) and private personal training rooms ensure personalized attention in a supportive atmosphere.
