This special evening Kundalini class will lean into beginner-friendly gentle moves, soothing breathwork, and a gentle and loving meditation, before dipping into a nice long deep relaxation practice with the singing bowls to lull us into rest and repair.

It’s a humbling honor to be trusted with someone’s birth details and to serve by reconnecting someone to their own soul’s knowing, through following and sharing the turns and rhythms of the planets and stars ✨ 🌘🪐

Astrology is a powerful way to reconnect with natural rhythms, by feeling into how they are reflected within your own life and being. 🌀🐚🌿

The session I just completed was so awesome in the whole picture her chart presented to me, and how aligned with her soul and her karmic work she is. ✨

Humbling, to see nature reflected at multiple levels of scale.
Humbling, that the divine being of my client entrusted me to interpret the cosmos for her.
Humbling, that my skills and training offer something of true value to my fellow journeying souls.

In Kundalini Yoga class we journey through subtle anatomy, including the vayus, nadis, and chakras. ☸️ Tomorrow morning we work directly with the 6th chakra, the third eye point 🧿 and the related pituitary gland.

My class is accessible for all bodies, and is completely donation-based. You will be met where you’re at 🙏
