We're taking WELLbeing on the road!
Join us for the 1st ever Black Girl WELLbeing Field Trip. We're heading to , a Black woman-owned candle studio, to make our own custom candles and linen sprays. This is what field trips look like when healing is the destination — new experiences, new tools, and the kind of connection that only happens when you're in a room full of your people doing something beautiful together.

Black Girl Magic Day was phenomenal✨

We played, rested Yoga Nidra style and learned the importance of a touch which holds awareness. We can understand and utilize the power we have inside with one another.

taught us how to sip tea slowly. She encouraged us to be gentle with the cup and embrace our own softness through the sipping of tea. And gave us permission to allow our pinky to flow up in the air while drinking tea. 😊

taught us how to embrace the power of a healing touch. And how much we actually need to be held and the connections that exist through an intentional touch. We regained our understanding of how we heal collectively.

We truly appreciate the commitment to community💖
