My husband and I live in Yuba City, California. I have a small business called Barefoot herbs and massage. I incorporate herbs, Reiki, massage, meditation and yoga in my practice to guide my clients in their journey to health. My passion for health stem partly from being a sickly child. I also had lots of health issues as a young mother but watching my 40 year old mother died from cancer created i

Hi everyone I hope everybody had a wonderful Thanksgiving. I am creating a new cream for thinning skin. I love playing and creating new creams and serums for me and my clients. Some of you know and love my vitamins C serum. This is now available with Rachel at Studio 622 salon and spa. Thank you so much for your support. :)
I thought I would post about my new cream, thanks to Gina and Bob for trying it out and helping with the expense of a new cream creation by buying the experimental versions of the cream. Ok here is my newest version of the cream.

New skin
I am keeping it fairly light so that it may be used often as desired. Copper peptides works best in neutral ph so do not use this with my vitamin C serum. The hyaluronic acid pumps up the skin, the vitamin k and the arnica oil reduce bruising and heal trauma. Sea buckthorn oil and my comfrey oil is also extremely healing, collagen and copper peptide to increase skin regeneration. Let me know if you want to try this.

Active ingredients includes Hyaluronic acid, sea kelp coral, Niacinamide (B3),Vitamin K2, pure olive squalane, Hydrolyzed marine collagen, Vitamin E oil, sea buckthorn oil, comfrey oil, bentonite clay, arnica essential oil, copper, peptide, ylang ylang essential oil and rose geranium essential oil.

Hi everyone. I was playing around with my 1 minute coconut flour muffin and decided to try making it with my whey protein powder instead and it worked. Yippy :)
Protein powder muffin.

• 1/4 cup all-natural whey protein powder
• 1/2 tsp baking powder
• Pinch of fine sea salt (optional)
• 1 large egg
• 1/4 cup of coconut milk or cream
I added a couple drops of liquid stevia and
microwaved for around a minute.
