Job Type: Full-Time (Pay TBD)

Position: Office Receptionist (with ability to grow into more Admin duties)

Schedule: Monday to Friday 8-5pm (typically)

Setting: Medical (Medical Reception experience would be preferred; if right person, we will train)

Administrative Duties:
1. Scheduling patients (new & current)
2. Answering & routing phone calls promptly & professionally
3. Greeting patients & visitors
4. Processing Payments
5. Capacity, Ability & Capability to grow & learn more Admin duties, Medical Billing etc.

Basic Qualifications:
1. Professional
2. Great communication skills
3. Outcome-Results focused (scheduling, etc.)

Integrated Physical Therapy would like to welcome it's newest team member, Dr. Anbell Vo, DPT. Dr. Vo earned his doctoral degree from Sacramento State University and spent the last three months involved in a Kaiser residency program for Proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation (PNF). Dr. Vo will be seeing new patients at our Jones Road clinic starting November 4th. Stop by and welcome Dr. Vo to our practice.
