If you agree please sign and turn it in to the office by 1/26/26. All annual notices must be sent electronically or to your door by 2/1/26.

A communication was sent out yesterday regarding the water shut off scheduled on Monday 12/15 from 1pm to 430pm. This is NOT us turning off the water this is Yucaipa Valley Water District. Please prepare yourself. Also as mentioned in December Newsletter parking underneath the solar panels will not be available Monday 12/15/25. Make sure to inform your guest.

Water Is still off, working on the repair. Will update once plumber cinfirns Its back on.

The following homes will not have water due to an emergency water leak. We apologize for the inconvenience unfortunately we can not plan for an emergency like this. Restroom are available at the pool area and laundry room. As well as filtered water in the gym and pool area.
