Today, on World Autism Awareness Day, we’re reminded that inclusion starts with understanding, and understanding starts with exposure. 🤍🌏

Our team had the opportunity to attend Career Day and share what we do at The Behavior Lab… not just as a profession, but as a purpose. We talked about connection, compassion, and the impact of creating spaces where every child feels seen, supported, and celebrated.

Because belonging doesn’t begin in therapy rooms - it begins in our communities, in our schools, and in moments like these.

When we open the door to knowledge, we open the door to inclusion. And that’s where true belonging begins. 🫂

✨ The power of reinforcement… it’s not just for our kids — it’s for us, too.

Progress doesn’t happen all at once.
It happens in the small wins… the “almosts”… the trying again.

🩵 For our children:
Reinforcement isn’t one-size-fits-all. What motivates one child may not motivate another — and that’s the beauty of it. We’ll explore meaningful, effective ways to reinforce behavior that don’t always cost money, while still creating lasting change and holding high expectations.

🤍 For you:
Growth deserves to be recognized, too.
We’ll talk about how to reinforce your own progress — building resilience, celebrating small steps, and staying accountable to your goals without pressure or guilt.

Because when we learn how to reinforce with intention…
