I work with people who are sensitive, intuitive, or energetically aware and want a quieter, more direct form of inner work. Sessions center on subtle energy and silent meditation, with convers

ation used sparingly and intentionally. Psychic or spiritual experiences may be part of the work, but no belief system, doctrine, or interpretation is required. Psychology provides grounding, context, and ethical containment. My approach emphasizes self-authority, integration, and long-term stability rather than catharsis or dependency. Private one-on-one sessions are my primary offering. Groups, when offered, are optional and invitational. I also offer animal communication and energy-based support to help animals and their humans better understand one another. This work is practical, literal, and focused on wellbeing — not symbolic or spirit-based interpretation.

It all doesn't have to have a positive" I get it now" ending. Sometimes you're just crushed. The universe bulldozes you so you can get reorganized and none of it is pretty. And some of your people won't be able to tolerate it and we can't blame them for that. Your own internal system is what matters more anyway but it does hurt when people leave. However you certainly don't have to add the pressure of creating a happy ending or a positive framework for some social media story. People love to write about their success afterwards. Few share what's happening when it's actually happening. As if there's some shame in intense internal growth. The pressure of social media and marketing is unbelievable. It encourages us... no demands us... to betray ourselves and our stories. It's okay to say I don't know what's next....because then you are truly teachable and truly open to the Guidance of a higher intelligence within you and above you and around you. The Eastern traditions teach surrender. 12-Step teaches surrender. Western culture teaches you are a we**ie if you believe in opening yourself up to a higher intelligence and that no such thing really exists. Mainstream psychology calls this an external locus of control. So even your therapist won't support the idea of truly being guided by the spiritual energies within you and around you. And while psychedelic therapy might open the door, living that way takes commitment and practice. In the Western culture it is a lonely journey. And we know this more than ever looking at the statistics on the amount of medication our children are on and the amount of self-medication the adults are on. America is the most mental health medicated country on the globe. Especially the children. Rather than talk about it, we medicate. As if hard times, self-seeking, growth, mourning, struggle, stress.... are all bad things to be avoided at all costs. At all costs.
Find a place to show up in the middle of your struggle. Find people to work with who aren't afraid of the totality of the journey. Learn to cultivate the ability to work with the energies around us..... while sober. This takes enormous self-care, the ability to come home to yoursel

A native American grief ritual.... Rejected by Western psychology.

I never got a clinical license because of things like this.

If mainstream therapy doesn't work for you, I am a mixture of indigenous, spiritual, quantum and mainstream gifts and skills. Dr Marie.Org

1. The ritual was called “Wičháŋpi Wóyute” — star feeding.
Lakota healers used it for those who lost loved ones or survived violence.
The person didn’t talk about the trauma.
They fed it.
They’d gather stones representing the pain, then carry them to a river and release them one by one while speaking the memory out loud to the water.
The final stone was kept as a reminder that grief was witnessed, not erased.

2. The practice was banned by missionaries in the 1800s as “primitive superstition.”

But in 2019, Johns Hopkins trauma researchers recreated it with PTSD patients.

They found the physical act of releasing objects while verbalizing trauma engages both hemispheres of the brain — something talk therapy alone doesn’t achieve.
Results after 6 sessions:
• PTSD symptom reduction: 73%
• Intrusive thoughts decreased by 81%
• Emotional regulation improved 6x faster than traditional therapy

3. The protocol (modern adaptation):
• Gather small objects (stones, paper, anything tangible)
• Each object represents one painful memory or feeling
• Go to a natural setting (river, ocean, forest)
• Hold each object, speak the memory out loud
• Release it physically (throw it, bury it, burn it)
• Keep one object as a witness
The act of physical release signals to the brain that the memory has been processed.

4. Therapy organizations pushed back hard.
One psychologist association called it:
“Unscientific and potentially harmful.”
But the data showed otherwise.
The modern therapy model profits from long-term treatment.
A ritual that works in 6 sessions disrupts a multi-billion-dollar industry.

5. Try it with one painful memory.
Lakota healers said:
“The wound that’s held grows.
The wound that’s released heals.”

Your brain doesn’t need endless analysis.
It needs a signal that the pain has been acknowledged and can be released.
Most people are still carrying stones from decades ago.
