Shipping Policy

Unfortunately, once it has been shipped, with a tracking number, it is out of our hands. Further action may be required, ie: filing a police report for "theft", as "Porch Piracy" is on the rise. Package Theft is not covered with Shipping insurance and we will not replace at our expense. Please make sure that you have entered the correct mailing address. If you didn't receive your item due to an incorrect address, that you provided, you will be responsible for re-shipping cost. Please keep track of your delivery day so you know when its being delivered.

Q: Will you be shipping Batana Oil during the summer months? ☀️

A: Yes, we sure will! We know you can’t go without your Batana Oil, so we’re making sure your package arrives safely. Just a heads-up: Batana Oil has a similar consistency to coconut oil and will melt in warm temperatures. Be sure to track your order and avoid it sitting in a hot mailbox for too long!

And don’t worry—if your Batana Oil melts, it’ll solidify again at room temperature without affecting its quality.

One way to check if your Batana Oil is pure and uncut? It should start melting when it gets warm. If it doesn’t, it might be mixed with something else! 🚫
