We have been seeing tons of sick people so we wanted to make a post of some things you can try at home (no one wants to get out when they aren’t feeling well)
If you are under the weather the following may be helpful. 👇🏽👇🏽👇🏽
Vitamin C can be taken up to 10,000 mg a day. I like to take 2000 at a time. This can cause some diarrhea so you may need to back off if it does. Keep in mind diarrhea can dehydrate you and you don’t want that problem.
Zinc 20-25mg a day
Elderberry (dosage depends on the bottle)
Oregano oil (my favorite) 3 drops 3-4 times a day
