We live in a culture that applauds people for how much they can carry.
How much they can juggle.
How little sleep they can survive on.
How long they can push through stress before finally slowing down.
But your body isn’t keeping score that way.
Every headache, every sleepless night, every moment of tension, anxiety, overwhelm, or exhaustion is information.
Not because your body is failing you.
Because it’s adapting.
One of the biggest shifts I see in practice happens when people stop asking,
“How much longer can I tolerate this?” and start asking, “What does my body actually need right now?”
Maybe June isn’t about pushing harder.
Maybe it’s about listening sooner.🩵
