You’ve gotten really good at pushing through
but when your nervous system stays in a constant stress state, your body can’t heal or regulate the way it’s supposed to, so instead, it compensates.🫠

that’s when you start noticing things like
tension, headaches, exhaustion, brain fog
and most people wait until the pain gets bad enough
before they do something about it

but pain is usually one of the last signals your body gives, not the first👀

This kind of care isn’t for everyone.

If you’re looking for a quick fix,
if you stop when it feels different,
if you only come when it’s bad…

you’ll probably feel like it “didn’t work.”

And I get why people do that. Life is busy.

But I also want you to understand—
your body needs more than a couple visits
to actually change.

It needs consistency.
It needs time.
It needs you to stay with it, even when it’s not instant.

So if you’ve felt like you keep starting over,
this might be why.

doing what you can when it feels bad, then easing off when it feels better. That doesn’t make you inconsistent
it just means your nervous system hasn’t had the chance to fully adapt yet

It needs consistency.
It needs intention.
It needs you to show up differently.

And that’s the part most people avoid.
