Dr. James Downing attended Central Missouri State University from 1973-1975, majoring in education. In 1975 Doctor Downing enlisted in the U.S. Army and became commissioned as a 2nd Lt. in October of 1976. He subsequently served tours of duty in Kentucky, Georgia, Kansas, Alabama, North Carolina, Korea, Virginia and Hawaii as a helicopter pilot.
In 1981 Doctor James Downing received a Bachelors of Science degree in Aeronatics from Embry Riddle University. In 1992 Dr. Downing graduated from Cleveland Chiropractic College with a Doctorate in Chiropractic. Dr. Downing is licensed by the Oklahoma Board of Chiropractic Examiners.
Dr. Matthew Downing attended SFCC in Sedalia, Mo. from 1993-1995. After this he attended the University of Missouri in Kansas City and the University of Oklahoma in Norman, OK. Dr. Matt then joined the Oklahoma City Police Department and served from 1999 to 2015 retiring as a sergeant in the traffic division, specializing in collision reconstruction.
