Aside from using the products and services of a company, reviews are one of the best ways to help promote local businesses and keep our local economy thriving.

I always forget to ask my clients for reviews so when I actually found the link to do it today, I thought, WHY NOT!?

The first time I created a drum, I went into it with a huge amount of curiosity, a little bit of fear that I couldn't do it and so much excitement. Every time I have made a drum since, I feel the same amount of curiosity about what my drum will look and sound like and even more excitement about co-creating something beautiful with mother life.

Thank you to everyone who came out to the Crave the Arts event today! We had a lot of visitors to see the art and to tour ReJenneration Wellness. Plus, it looks like Mother Nature was in the mood for a little art connection too and she held the rain off until after the event.

We are incredibly grateful for the support and hope to see you again soon!

The guidance received from nurturing your inner knowing is not only powerful but can be extremely profound. Our inner knowing is the medicine that many of us have forgotten. This Saturday, I will be hosting a cacao ceremony at my wellness studio. We will be celebrating a deep dive into our inner world with a delicious cup of cacao.

This Cacao Ceremony will be part meditation, part shamanic drum journey and a whole lot of listening to the voice deep within.

DRUM UP A LITTLE EXCITEMENT because I am super excited to announce that I am planning a few drum making workshops here in OK! For those that have seen the drums that I use (and made), you've probably heard about the amazing Wayne Manthey- a drum maker out of Minnesota.

Well, it is confirmed that he will be coming down to OK to do some workshops with me August 30th and 31st! So, If you have been wanting to MAKE your own drum, this is the sign that it is time to do it!

More details will be coming in the next week but I will say, there will be a few options including a mini retreat on Lake Eufaula or a workshop here in OKC area!

How long has it been since you have sat in the spaciousness of your own mind and heart allowing yourself to receive the answers to the questions that you are asking?

Tomorrow morning from 10:30 to noon, I will be leading a cacao ceremony and we will be doing just that! Whether I have 1 person sitting in circle with me or fifteen, I will hold safe and loving space for us all to look deeper at the questions we are asking and then we will plant the seeds within us of what we want to experience in our lives.

The cost of the event is $20 per person and includes a cup of ceremonial grade cacao, cacao beans and a shamanic drumming meditation. Dress comfortably, bring a journal and an open heart and mind. Registration is strongly recommended so that I can prepare enough cacao and infuse it with intentions for each participant.

Well, I am so excited to share that ReJenneration Wellness will be at the Yukon Chocolate Festival this Saturday (February 1st)! Better news than that, I will be there with my Certified Cacao Practitioner hat on, telling everyone why ceremonial grade cacao is GOOD FOR YOU!

If you have wanted to try cacao, now is your chance. I will have both cacao to drink and samples of honey covered cacao beans.
