Offering all-levels classes (MindBody) as well as high energy-athletic classes (Sun Power), Yoga Den created eclectic blends of the styles and lineages that the founder had the privilege to learn from her teachers. With a post-traditional philosophy of ‘let the shape conform to you,

Join Sarah for a deeply restorative 60-minute chakra-based sound bath at Yoga Den Yulee on June 12th at 6:00 PM.

Using crystal singing bowls, gentle guided awareness, and intentional stillness, this immersive experience is designed to help you slow down, soften the nervous system, and reconnect inward. Feeling overwhelmed? Try this quick breathing exercise to create calm and regain focus:

• Inhale deeply through your nose for 4 seconds.
• Hold your breath gently for 4 seconds.
• Exhale slowly through your mouth for 6 seconds.

Repeat 3-5 times, giving yourself permission to pause and reset.

Breathing like this helps ease stress and brings your mind back to the present moment. It's simple, accessible, and something you can do anytime—no matter your experience level.
