The Full Moon brings illumination, clarity, and a powerful invitation to let go. This week, Sarah has intentionally themed her classes to meet you in that process — physically, emotionally, and energetically.
Join Sarah for a three-part journey that honors the cycle of awareness, release, and renewal:
🧘♀️ Heated Stretch (75 min)
Monday & Wednesday | 9:00–10:15 AM
A gently heated stretch class to open the body and deepen the breath — with each day exploring a different stage of the Full Moon’s energy:
🌕 Monday: Illuminating what you’ve been avoiding
Let the Full Moon reveal what’s been hiding beneath the surface- resistance, emotions, truths you’ve been quietly carrying. Move with honesty and curiosity as we guide awareness into the body’s quiet corners — bringing compassion, not judgment.
🌕 Wednesday: The Moon as Completion
We honor the cycle reaching its peak. Through slow, intentional movement, we reflect on what’s come full circle and allow the breath to mark what’s ready to be released.
🌀 Yin Yoga + Sound Bath
Friday | Yin Class 10:45 AM–12:15 PM
Sound Bath 12:30–1:00 PM
Friday’s 90-minute Yin Yoga practice is fully themed around the Full Moon’s core message: letting go. Through long-held, supported shapes, we create space in the body and breath to soften resistance and surrender what’s no longer needed — physically, emotionally, and energetically.
Join Sarah for our 30-minute weekly Sound Bath — a soothing immersion in crystal singing bowls and vibration that gently supports nervous system healing and deep rest.
