Postpartum Recovery ® is a space created by 4th Trimester Fitness Method for mothers to gain awareness of how support their pelvic floor & core, as well as gain strength and stability after birth and into the future.
The thing I love about this class is providing flexibility for mothers to bring their babies WITH them, and we format class according to the needs at hand (sometimes I even get the honor of holding and rocking babies while I teach so mothers can have hands free if needed- it really does take a village). 💕
Mothers also gain a chance to form connections in class with other women in the same stage of life. We intentionally encourage various motherhood discussion topics and provide safe space to discuss things about our bodies after birth (diastasis recti, incontinence, prolapse, cesarean & perineal scar massage, intimacy after birth, and more). This class is all about wellness not only physically, but in mind, body, and spirit.
