My littlest babe make pancakes for our home last night while I prepared to leave for a birth, and he let me know he would have breakfast for mommy on the way out. I will have some good high protein energy and filling of love to go support a sweet mama today! 💕

I cling to the idea that birth yields important “moments” in time...moments that will be remembered for all of a woman’s life! Because it matter so much, it is important to me that a woman and her family are prepared, know their options, feel confident in their choices, and are equipped to advocate for the type of birth experience desired. It is not about me or my personal opinions when I am a doula at your birth, but it is about YOU, YOUR experience, YOUR feelings, YOUR moments!
