Education for the Mind, Sound Bath for the Soul is back! 🙌🏼✨

Join us Saturday, January 31st at 7pm for our second immersive wellness experience of this kind — an evening designed to nourish both mind and body through intentional education and deep relaxation.

This special event will take place at the Yuma Dispo Warehouse, located at 4104 E 32nd Street in Yuma. Hosted by Vida Holistic Healing, they will be bringing their expertise in holistic education and sound therapy to create a truly elevated experience. ✨

Guests will enjoy a relaxing fusion of holistic healing modalities, combining education on plants as medicine with sound therapy. Learn about different c@nnabinoids and terpenes, how they support nervous system regulation, and how intentional sound can help promote better sleep, deeper focus, balanced mood, pain reduction, and more — all while immersed in a soothing sound bath. 💚
