In an effort to support national efforts to fight the COVID- 19 pandemic, our practice is taking the following steps to help assure your health and well-being and that of our community:

• We are following directives from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) as a way to limit patient and staff exposure to this virus.
• Your health, and the health of our dedicated team members, matters to us, so going forward we will postpone all non-emergency care for two weeks.
• Patients will be seen only for urgent and emergency dental needs.

We will contact you soon to reschedule routine hygiene appointments. If you are already scheduled for an urgent issue, we will contact you the day before your appointment to discuss your health status, health screening protocols and confirm whether the appointment should be kept. Of course, please call us right away if you have a dental emergency or need immediate care.

The safety and well-being of our patients continues to be our primary concern. We will continue to monitor the status of COVID-19 nationally and within our community and keep you up-to-date regarding our plans.

At Dr. Barrows office (YDC) Yuma Denture Center we place the health and well-being of our patients and our community as our highest priority. That is why we have always practiced “universal precautions” to maintain the highest levels of cleanliness and sterility.

Currently, our office remains open to serve our patients, as we closely monitor the Coronavirus (Covid-19) situation. We have weathered HIV, SARS, MERS and other viruses and we’ll do the same together with the coronavirus (Covid-19).

If you have any symptoms mentioned by the CDC: Fever, cough, runny nose, aches or respiratory concerns please call to reschedule your appointment and consult with your physician. If you have travelled to or from any designated “hot Spots” domestically or have returned to the US from any where internationally with in the past 2 (Two) weeks please call and reschedule your appointment.

Our practice provides personalized denture services for our patients with missing teeth. We design unique dentures for each and every one of our patients, and we will ensure that they look good and feel natural. We even make it a priority to give you a brand new smile in just a couple of days, so you can get back to your best self as soon as possible.

WHAT ARE DENTURES? Dentures are removable replacement teeth that can fill a full or partial arch. FULL DENTURES are best for patients who have lost or extracted the majority of their natural teeth. Conversational full dentures are placed after the gum tissue has healed, while immediate fulldentures are replaces are replaced right after tooth removal. PARTIAL DENTURES are for those patients who need to replace several teeth in a row, but still have healthy teeth in the mouth. Partial dentures are attached to a metal frame that is connected to your natural teeth, or it is made with a flexable acrylic and attaches to your natural teeth.

Dr. Barrows would love to help you determine which type of dentures might work for you. We even provide dentue stabilization for the most secure tooth replacement option.
