🚨 IMPORTANT CAR SEAT RECALL NOTICE – EVENFLO ALL4ONE 🚨

There is a major recall affecting Evenflo All4One car seats manufactured between 2022–2024.
🔍 What’s the issue?
The concern occurs only in rear-facing mode
In some crashes, the recline position may shift
No injuries have been reported related to this issue

🛠 What happens with recalls?
As with all manufacturer recalls, Evenflo will replace the seat IF REGISTERED (or provide an equivalent) at no cost
Notifications are expected to begin January 26 for anyone who has registered their car seat

Yes — Evenflo has approved continued use
They recommend placing a folded towel inside the recline mechanism to fill the open space (see attached photo)
❗ This towel is NOT placed under the car seat — there should never be anything between the seat and the vehicle seat

January 6, 2026- 3PM
Fatal Collision
Location of Incident: S. Avenue 1E and E. County 15th Street –Yuma, AZ

On Tuesday, January 6, 2026, at approximately 11:27 AM, the Yuma County Sheriff’s Office received a report of a two-vehicle collision in the area of S. Avenue 1E and E. County 15th Street

The initial investigation revealed a 2013 Chevy Captiva was traveling northbound on S. Avenue 1E when, for unknown reasons, the driver failed to stop at a posted stop sign. The Chevy collided with a 2005 Jeep Wrangler traveling westbound at the intersection of County 15th Street.

Life saving measures were provided by first responders on scene and Rural Metro transported the two single occupants of the vehicles to Onvida Health where they both succumbed to their injuries.

The driver of the Chevy is identified as Ginger Adell Bradford, 87, of Yuma, AZ.

The driver of the Jeep is identified as Ronald Edward Yowell, 85, of Yuma, AZ.

Next of kin notifications have been made.

This case remains under investigation at this time. It is unknown at this time if impairment is a factor in this collision.
