YPD will be updating roadways that are opening up and roadways still closed throughout the morning.

Use Caution:
2300 Block South Avenue B

Closed:
4th Ave to 8th Ave on 29th Street
Hacienda 18th Avenue South of 18th Avenue
1600 to 1800 Block South 14th Avenue (Powerline)
1400-1600 Block South 3rd Avenue (Powerline)

Open:
4th Avenue, South of 24th Street
1st Avenue, South of 16th Street to 24th Street
8th Avenue and Catalina Drive
16th Street, 24th Street South Avenue A
Madison Avenue and Giss Parkway
28th Street and Avenue A

UPDATE: It has reopened!

HWY 95 is shut down by Gowan Milling in BOTH directions due to a downed power line across the road.
