We’re happy to welcome Jennifer Leonard, FNP, to the Onvida Health family!

Jennifer is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner, specializing in patient education and preventative care. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing, Family Nurse Practitioner, from Grand Canyon University in Phoenix, AZ and is board certified by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. Her clinical interests include chronic disease management and pediatrics.

Jennifer is now accepting new patients at Onvida Health Family Medicine 24th Street (1965 W. 24th Street, Suite A, Yuma, AZ 85364). To schedule an appointment, call 928-336-2750.
