There’s something about restorative fish pose that always brings me back to myself. 💕

The gentle opening through the heart and chest creates this incredible feeling of lightness — like I can finally take a full breath again. As the body softens, tension melts away, and I’m reminded how powerful it is to simply pause, open, & receive. 🌸

Restoring, healing, rejuvenating… these come when we allow ourselves to rest, breathe, and gently open our hearts and minds to the moment. 🧘‍♀️
