Zachary Manor Nursing & Rehabilitation Center, LLC is conveniently located on Main Street just steps away from Lane Regional Medical Center, near numerous doctors’ offices, and the offices of other health care professionals. Our interdisciplinary team works together with each resident’s doctor and associated health care professionals to develop a plan of care tailored to meet the specific needs of each resident. This plan of care is implemented by a dedicated, professional staff trained to meet the highest standards of excellence, while being sensitive to the emotional needs of our residents. Our commitment to Improving Quality of Life is not a passing fad or empty slogan. It is found in every facility, in every administrator and in every department. At Zachary Manor, we take our responsibility to be good stewards seriously and put our resources where our priorities are. WHAT A WEEK! 💜💚💛 We started the week with a Mardi Gras Parade that rolled through the nursing home. Next we had a visit from Charlee's Angels, which is always a guaranteed good time for our residents! Finished the week with a quick trip out of the nursing home to enjoy Mami’s Mexican!!! 🌮
