As you may be aware, both Medical Pharmacy locations are closing on 1/2/23. We have been accepting an abundance of new-patient transfers over the last week, but we now have to put a temporary hold on accepting new profile transfers. However, we will still welcome new prescriptions for non-maintenance (acute) drugs such as antibiotics so that we can still serve your immediate needs.

In the meantime, feel free to call us and add your name to our profile transfer list. Please note that if you put your name on this list, you will still need to find a temporary pharmacy until we can accommodate your prescriptions in the near future.

We are currently working on increasing our capacity so that we can safely and accurately handle prescriptions for all of the patients on our list.

We have some exciting changes—some of which includes receiving text messaging when your prescriptions are ready for pickup with your copays. Ask us to sign you up today!

Please bear with us as there may be increased wait times while we train our staff. To avoid this, you should take advantage of our new app and request your refill numbers. This way, we can start working on your medications before you head to the pharmacy.

Our staff has been pushed to the max most days since the outbreak of Covid 19. The generosity shown by this community in ways large and small has been so touching and we are grateful. We want to try to post a special thank you to you all but forgive us if we get busy with taking care of our wonderful “patients” and let something slip through. Thank you especially to Cafe Phoenicia for lunch on several occasions! Please support our local businesses and restaurants that remain open during this time.

Thursday:
There are some awesome things going on around us. People are thinking of others before themselves. Going above and beyond to help and encourage friends, neighbors, and even strangers. In short we are loving on each other and acting like Americans . Like we used to. Like we did for about 2 weeks after 9-11. It’s sad that it takes disaster and a sense of “we’re all in this together” to bring out some of the best traits of humanity. But it is encouraging that it is still there. We still have the ability to work together toward a common goal despite certain members of the press and some elected officials that seem hell bent on destroying us. I’ve had people bringing food , masks , and other needed supplies unasked for to support me and my staff at the pharmacy along with endless words of thanks and appreciation. If you are one of those people who have supplied these things I want to express my heartfelt thanks. It’s not over but together we will get there. Keep loving on each other. Tomorrow is Good Friday when the ultimate act of giving and loving was accomplished.
