Due to severe weather, Southeast Community Health Systems will be closed for in person services on Monday, January 26, 2026.

Telehealth visits and appointment scheduling will remain available.

We plan to resume in clinic services on Tuesday, January 27, weather permitting.

Opening Sunday, January 25, 2026 at 5 p.m.

Due to dangerously cold temperatures, warming centers will be open to provide a safe, heated place for residents in need.
