I had the pleasure of working with several clients with the (multiple day) INTENSIVE appointments that I've recently offered.

I wanted to share with you some of the success stories that came from these appts:

5 day intensive: (not currently offering these again right now)
- Autonomic nervous system completely reset, and maintained in the "rest and digest" mode even in distressful circumstances

3 Day Intensives:
- post surgery clients with decreased range of motion in the knee and also shoulder (knee replacement and rotator cuff surgery)
Each client had decreased range of motion (less motion than the Dr would have liked them to have)
I was able to offer some assistance with each one of them, the knee we did some medicupping and Craniosacral
The shoulder, we just did Craniosacral therapy for three days in a row
Client with knee was able to bend the knee in over 120degrees and avoid an additional surgery
Shoulder was able to rotate upward another 30 degrees or so without any pain or restrictions

3 Day Intensives:
Clients with severe Lymbic System dysfunction: (either stuck in flight or fight or unable to control resetting the system from flight or fight to rest and digest on their own without having severe side effects (nausea, IBS, Constipation, Dizziness, Fatigue, Severe headache, unable to sleep, Food restrictions for diet, and many more symptoms)
I was able to help sustain these clients in REST and DIGEST mode and when they had to enter Fight or Flight mode, their bodies were able to do so, and then naturally switch back into Rest and Digest mode comfortably with little to no side effects.

Also helped clients process grief more effectively, especially for those who are ready to "move forward" and feel stuck in the grieving process

Many many hips that had stored trauma from falls, spills, babies, deliveries, multiple sexual abuse issues was completely healed from pain

Sciatica nerve issues resolved and no more pain
Low back issues resolved and no more pain

Two Day Intensives:
Clients were able to not only receive care deeply, but able to have a better QUALITY of life prior to each session

I love multiple sessions with clients because this is what I have discovered in these therapies:

The first session is like peeling away the layer of the onion
Then the second session is now free to go deeper and deeper into the system and start locating areas of dysfunction that hinder the body from living the abundant life God created us for

If there is a third session, it is usually even deeper and making sure that whatever was released the day before stayed balanced and in symmetry with each other, keeping the body in homeostasis (balance) the way God created us to be so that the body can now begin to heal itself from the inside out.

I will be offering more intensive sessions after the first of the year, I just ordered my 2026 calendar today.

My schedule is a bit limited though the end of this year, as most of you know, we have a new grand baby coming soon and I am also taking another class right after the first of the year
