We held our teacher training session this weekend. What an incredible experience it is to share this practice with our students. Every time we gather, I’m reminded just how powerful this work is — not just the practice itself, but the courage, curiosity, and heart that shows up.

I’m so proud of the way these women continue to honor themselves and each other. The other teachers at the studio have been a huge support system for the group and are sharing their experience and knowledge as well.

We are almost halfway through the program. And seeing how far you’ve already come fills me with so much gratitude and pride.

Thank you for trusting this journey, for leaning in, and for letting The Yoga Booth be part of your path. This work fills me up and I can’t wait to see the impact these new teachers will bring to our community.

November invites us to slow down, reflect, and give thanks — not only for what we have, but for the community that surrounds us.

This month, we’re hosting a Food Drive to support our friends at Eastside Community Center. Help us as we gather basic needs in the spirit of compassion and generosity. This is an opportunity for us to practice the kindness we cultivate on our mats and take it out into the world

Bring non-perishable food items to the studio through November 30th. Most requested items are canned soup, pasta sauce, canned vegetables, and ramen noodles.
Each offering, no matter how small, helps nourish someone in our community.
