Last week, our women’s location in Columbus came together, clients and staff alike, to celebrate, connect, and enjoy time with one another outside of the everyday routine. Moments like these are a reminder of why we do what we do.

Recovery is built through support, connection, trust, and community. When we come together as a team, we are reminded that no one has to walk through recovery alone. Every client, every staff member, and every shared moment plays a role in creating an environment where healing and growth are possible.

We are so proud of the strength, resilience, and hard work our clients continue to show each day, and grateful for a team that pours so much care and compassion into the work they do. Together, we continue to believe in one thing above all else , recovery is possible.

Nothing better than getting the community together for a great cause and having a little fun while doing it!

Our team had a blast at the Drug Free Muskingum Color Run 2026. We loved seeing so many people come out to support prevention, recovery, and a healthier community. Between the color, the laughs, and the positive energy, it was such a great day to be a part of, even with the rain.

Thank you to everyone who helped make the event such a success-we’re already looking forward to next year! 💙

Our team offers a variety of outpatient mental health services designed to provide support, stability, and guidance every step of the way. From counseling and psychiatric services to case management and supportive housing options, we are here to help individuals build a healthier future.

We are curremntly accepting new clients for outpatient services in Columbus, and we offer virtual services as well.

✨ Staff Spotlight: Shannon White ✨

This week, we’re excited to highlight Shannon White, our dedicated Maintenance Technician, who has been part of the Cairn team for the past 9 months. 👏

Shannon’s journey in recovery has given him a passion for being part of an environment centered around growth, healing, and second chances. He understands the importance of having supportive people and a positive atmosphere while working toward a better future. 💙

When asked what he enjoys most about working at Cairn, Shannon shared:
“Working in a healthy atmosphere. My coworkers and the clients are pretty amazing.”

Outside of work, Shannon enjoys spending time with family, attending recovery meetings and events, and collecting prehistoric Native American artifacts.

His favorite quote is simple, but powerful:
“Just for today.”

What keeps him motivated each day is knowing that recovery is possible and being able to contribute to an environment where people are given the opportunity to change their lives for the better.
