A new yoga class starts next week~ Thursday May 2nd!

Join on Thursdays 5:30-6:30pm for Flow & Yin.

This class is a combination of active movement and Yin postures. It’s all-level friendly and creates a feeling of balance and grounding for the body and mind. The flow portion consists of mindful heating work, think flowing from pose to pose, to warm up the muscles and connective tissue...great for strength, mobility and balance. Then the yin portion of class, includes lower grounded poses to be held anywhere from 2-7 minutes and is more cooling and restorative in nature (like a passive stretch) This class embraces the concepts of yang and yin, warming and cooling, for strengthening, mobilizing and releasing the muscles and connective tissue. A full body and deeply rejuvenating experience.

Our weekly yoga is donation-based, so you pay the instructor when you come via cash or venmo. The suggested minimum is $8, most people pay around $10.

Business will run as usual, just about 5 minutes away from 4th& Market; where I’ve spent the last year growing, learning, and building this thing from the ground up 🫶🏼 I’ll never be able to express the pure bliss Rachel and Dakota have brought me this last year. I whole heartedly thank you for everything and know you’ll always have a place in my heart!

You will now find me at Heather's Massage & Reflexology Center. Change is uncomfortable, but with change comes GROWTH. Heather has made me feel right at home and I’m excited to share my new space with you all!
