Melissa Charis is a Holistic Nutritionist and Movement Therapist who works with women who want to incorporate holistic practices into their daily life supporting a life of balance and wellness. My mission is to guide my clients into a Holistic way of living a life of Balance between Mind, Body, Spirit, Career, Finances, & Relationships through a collection of holistic healing modalities including

nutrition, health & wellness, movement, spiritual diagnostics, meditation, & energy work. The paradigm that The Way You Do One Thing Is The Way You Do Everything is where my philosophy was born; If one element of the Holistic Circle of life is out of alignment, it will affect all other elements in our circle leaving us feeling imbalanced. As a Holistic Practitioner & Alchemist I work with my client’s individual needs & desires to create their Holistic Life Practice; teach them how to self-heal, take them beyond who they are in the physical sense leading them to their true soul & essence. My intentions are to meet my clients where they are, help them create their Circle of Holistic Life, rewire their limiting beliefs, push them to find their true authentic self; to help give themselves permission to become wildly successful.

Make a decision to believe in everything that’s good for you …..

And then ….

Make a decision to discard everything that is bad for you .

You see what we know is, is that your subconscious mind doesn’t know what’s real or what is fake.

So what you decide to believe, whether it’s true or false, it will believe.

And then with consistency each day …

Feeding it those things that you believe, again, whether they’re true or false …..

It will begin to do work for you ….

And …..

You will manifest those things you want to become, have, do, give , see into your life.

But here’s the thing you have to commit to ….

Be consistent.

That being said, you’re gonna have a day or days that you miss.

You are unfortunately gonna have to put important things in your life on hold at times ….

So you can address those things that require immediate, urgent reaction, and then action from you to rectify it .

Then ….

Get back to it and be consistent again with what and who you’re working to become.

Don’t confuse Truth with Belief.

I don’t care how true or real your limitations are …

I don’t care how true or real your past is.

It doesn’t matter to me how lazy, undisciplined , that you’ve quit over and over ….

I don’t care how true those things are.

You have to make a decision to believe in the person that you want to become.

You decide to believe that you’re healthy, confident, successful, at peace.

Your past doesn’t dictate your future .

Be Fearless and Be Epic 🔥🔥🔥🔥
