Welcome to KProgressive Lifestyle! My name is Katie, and here is a little bit about me. I graduated from the Columbus School of Medical Massage, passed my state boards in January 2024, and received licensure in February 2024. in English and Psychology, as well as a minor in Creative Writing. I always knew that I wanted to pursue something that would allow me to help people, while also being creative and unique. Since becoming licensed as a Massage Therapist, I have taken a couple continuing education courses. I had the incredible opportunity to attend the Postural Restoration Institute's Myokinematic Restoration Course (the hip course), and ACOLS Manual Lymphatic Drainage Certification Course. I look forward to more courses and continuing education, as KProgressive Lifestyle is all about progressive healing for a purposeful life. Welcome, and thank you for being here!

It has been an absolute pleasure working with each one of you since becoming licensed. Your continued support has shown me that I’m right where I’m meant to be — helping you.

I’ve been proud to offer my services at such an affordable cost, so that everyone can take care of themselves; however, there will be an adjustment to my prices starting December 1st, 2025.

I want to continue to provide you with the best possible service, hence advanced training and continuous growth are necessary.

This shift will allow me to:

When I first discovered Reiki, I thought…there’s no way this is real. I knew I felt different, but I didn’t know how. I knew it was forcing me to sit with myself, and I didn’t always accept it.

Throughout my Reiki training, I’ve become inspired. I’ve cried. I’ve gotten frustrated. I’ve grown. I’ve learned that I have power in me that I’ve never tapped into.

Reiki has taught me that the universe is willing to give, if you’re willing to receive. There’s nothing more beautiful than allowing yourself room to breathe and flourish.

I’m so unbelievably excited to be able to share this healing practice with you all. Thank you for your continuous support and kindness. Thank you for trusting me 💛

Reiki services coming October 2025 - I will be practicing in the meantime!
